PHS have been asked to install a hand dryer in the loo and remove the old one. There were so many complaints about the existing one not being strong enough, we’ve taken the step to replace it with PHS’s top of the range, most powerful hand dryer. So far, so good. However, PHS keep ignoring my helpful indications of when would be a suitable time for them to do this work, and instead keep turning up unexpectedly.
If someone from PHS comes to do the work when I’m not there, could someone let me know? They have permission to go ahead.
